5-story, wood-framed student housing project serving Full Sail University. Developed as a three-phase, mixed-use community, it will include approximately 1,500 to 1,800 beds at full build-out. Phase I features a five-story wood-frame building over a concrete podium with 535 beds, amenity spaces, and 30,000 sq. ft. of ground-floor retail.
