The Project is an inpatient rehabilitation facility in a multistory expansion to the existing Sarasota Memorial Hospital-Venice campus, including (a) approximately 9,000 square feet for level one for the interior build-out of existing shell space for clinical and non-clinical support staff, (b) approximately 24,500 square feet of surface parking, approximately 24,500 square feet for levels two and three for inpatient rehabilitation bed units, and approximately 24,500 square feet of shell space for further potential programming, and (c) ground level site work, including surface parking for approximately 200 parking spaces with a dedicated entrance to the inpatient rehabilitation facility. Additional programming may include outdoor therapy space.
